At the Archaeological Park of Agrigento from 6 to 8 July 2023, the Archaeological Park of Pompeii partecipated in a conference on ancient painting organized by AIRPA – Associazione Italiana Ricerche Pittura Antica.
A poster was presented at the conference entitled “The Dataset of Paintings from the Pompeii Archive: a task of the REPAIR Project”. The focus of the poster was specifically the research carried out at the Archaeological Park of Pompeii aimed at puzzle solving.
Co-authors of the poster include the officials of the Archaeological Park of Pompeii, the archaeologist of the RePAIR project Maria Cristina Napolitano, the Ca’ Foscari University, the Ben Gurion University and the CCHT@CaFoscari.
